Home ownership can be an important step in greater economic mobility for individuals and families. It can also unlock greater financial security, help build generational wealth and revitalize local communities.

Prosperity Connection partners with other local agencies to help clients achieve their financial goals. Specifically, the (SJHI) provides educational classes that help potential first time homeowners navigate the home-buying process. SJHI also refurbishes dilapidated properties, works with class graduates to find affordable financing and down payment assistance, and helps connect home buyers with their first home.
